Our company places a strong emphasis on employee experience and two-way communication. In addition to regularly holding employee meetings to share company operational strategies and address colleagues' concerns, a Labor-Management Committee has been established. Representatives from both labor and management are selected to discuss and vote on various employee-related issues. Additionally, the annual performance reviews for employees involve face-to-face meetings with supervisors to provide feedback and suggestions.
To enhance internal respect and inclusiveness, continuous efforts are made to promote awareness through various channels. In terms of environmental safety, the company complies with legal requirements by appointing an occupational safety supervisor and establishing occupational health and safety guidelines. Workplace disinfection is conducted every six months, and regular disaster drills are coordinated with the building.
