Our company upholds the principles of workplace diversity and gender equality, adhering to relevant laws such as the Labor Standards Act, Gender Equality in Employment Act, and Employment Service Act. We implement the following policies:
- Diverse and Inclusive Workplace Culture: Cultivating a workplace culture that embraces diversity and inclusivity, treating individuals with equality regardless of gender, age, race, or nationality.
- Implementing Gender Equality Policy: Adhering to the Gender Equality in Employment Act to ensure equal gender employment rights. In recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, promotion, education and training, welfare measures, and other processes, our company ensures no differential treatment based on gender.
- Pay Equity: During employment, salary is determined based on job responsibilities, duties, and individual experience. Internal equity, market competitiveness, and individual performance are considered as salary reference factors, ensuring no differences based on gender, race, marital status, or family background.
- Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment: Our company strictly prohibits the occurrence of sexual harassment and displays materials promoting its prevention. We have established the 'Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures and Complaint Handling Procedures' and a Sexual Harassment Complaint Handling Committee dedicated to addressing complaints and appeals related to sexual harassment incidents. Employees can promptly submit complaints through a dedicated hotline and complaint email.

Retirement System and Implementation
Following the regulations of the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Act, our company has established policies regarding employee retirement. Employees who have worked for fifteen years and are over the age of fifty-five, those who have worked for twenty-five years, and individuals who have worked for ten years and are over the age of sixty are eligible to apply for voluntary retirement. Contributions to the labor pension are determined based on the insured salary level, with a minimum contribution of 6% of the monthly salary. Additionally, a Labor Retirement Reserve Supervisory Committee has been established to oversee the implementation of retirement fund allocation and disbursement.
For employees under the old system governed by the Labor Standards Act, the company contributes 2% of the total monthly salary to the retirement fund, stored in a dedicated account under the name of the Labor Retirement Reserve Supervisory Committee at Taiwan Bank. For employees under the new system governed by the Labor Pension Act, the contribution is 6% of the salary based on the employee's monthly salary classification, with monthly allocations deposited into individual accounts at the Bureau of Labor Insurance.
Work Environment and Employee Health and Safety Measures
- Our company implements various safety and health management procedures, conducting regular employee health check-ups every two years. We also organize health seminars and promotional activities to assist colleagues in establishing correct workplace safety knowledge.
- Providing nursing consultation services monthly, managing health check-ups through a graded system, and conducting health education and follow-up management based on identified risks.
- Implementing office disinfection and cleaning every six months, and conducting fire inspections and fire drills annually.
- Implementing a facial recognition access control system and temperature measurement system to enhance office premises security and health management.
